Where some people would see a gray concrete box, A+Z Design Studio saw endless possibilities for a modern, chic loft. A large bank of windows covering one of the walls was a huge bonus and a great starting point for this total overhaul and makeover. The new design embraced the original, raw elements like the concrete walls and industrial fixtures by using a rust-colored paint with an imperfect, harsh finish. This look is carried over to the sliding barn door to the bathroom. Industrial lighting fixtures were used to match the original look. A hodgepodge of rustic and industrial furniture ties everything together. Nowhere is this more apparent than the dining room table, which has several different styles of chairs surrounding it.
