It’s important to also budget for professional help with the process. Your friend might claim to know how to do a bathroom renovation but it’s often better to use someone who does this for a living. The most important thing you can do is to be detail oriented. For example, are you planning on having marble tile installed? Make sure that the vein in the marble is running in the direction that you prefer. It’s little things like this that you’ll want to catch before anything is set in stone!
