When dealing with a giant fixer upper it takes some real creativity to get the most use out of the space. This home in Seattle had a serious deficit when it came to its master bathroom. It was such a tiny bathroom that the only way to make it useful was to knock down a wall and take over the dining nook. Even after annexing the dining nook the master bathroom still only had 36 square feet of space to work with. Yikes. But with the proper design the final result is both elegant and understated. Simple, timeless pieces were used to give weight to the space without overwhelming it. A basic contrast between the dark floor and the white walls completes the look.
