You can’t get much fresher than this. A new restaurant in Israel called Segev Kitchen Garden is putting lots of emphasis on the “garden” part of its name. The restaurant features dozens of planter boxes with fresh herbs growing inside them. These are the very herbs that the chefs use when preparing the food. The aroma of the herbs also add to the extremely organic feeling of the restaurant. The entire space resembles an eat-in greenhouse as opposed to a standard restaurant. This theme is carried through to every element, even to the bathroom, which features sinks that are metal buckets and faucets that look like taps for a garden hose.
