Thanksgiving might be over, but now the rest of the holiday season is rapidly approaching. So take a deep breath and prepare for what you’ll need to do next! Chances are that Thanksgiving knocked out your stores of staples and spices. Now is the best time to clean out your pantry and refrigerator so that you can start fresh. Throw away anything that’s outdated or taking up excess room. You’ll also want to give your kitchen a good scrubbing to get it back to where it was before Thanksgiving. Organize your kitchen ware and store your rarely-used items (like that electric turkey knife) out of the way. Take note of the things that are depleted and re-stock them. This includes re-filling your salt and pepper shakers, which probably saw lots of use over the last week! Get your home in order and you’ll feel completely prepared for the next holiday!
