Diane and her husband were planning on selling their home, but knew that their outdated master bathroom shower would be a real red flag for potential home-buyers. Rather than settling for a lower price tag for their home they decided to take the time and money to update the master bath into something that would raise the value of the entire home. The “before” shower looks like it’s straight out of an ‘80s roadside motel, complete with hideous fiberglass molding and a stubby shower knob. Diane chose a contemporary pebble tile for the floor of the shower and faux-marble tile for the walls.
